Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my request limit?
On the Free plan, API requests are throttled once you hit your monthly limit. On Pro, you'll receive a warning at 80% usage, and overages are billed at $0.001 per additional request. Enterprise plans have no hard limits.
Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?
Yes! Every Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you don't upgrade, you'll automatically move to the Free tier at the end of the trial.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is coming soon. Subscribe to our mailing list to be notified when it launches. Enterprise customers can arrange custom billing terms — contact our sales team.
