At RiseLab, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund and how to request one.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your RiseLab subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to:
- First-time Pro plan subscriptions
- First-time Enterprise plan subscriptions
- Plan upgrades (refund of the difference)
The 14-day period begins from the date of purchase, not from the date of first use.
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- Requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase
- Service outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours (pro-rated)
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Billing errors on our part
Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Partial month usage after cancellation (you retain access until the end of the billing period)
- Free tier accounts (no charges to refund)
- Dissatisfaction due to features clearly described in our documentation prior to purchase
4. How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to request a refund:
Step 1: Contact Support
Send an email to billing@riselab.tech with the subject line "Refund Request".
Step 2: Include Required Details
Your registered email address, subscription plan, date of purchase, and reason for refund (optional but helpful).
Step 3: Confirmation
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a confirmation or follow-up questions.
Step 4: Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will appear on the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. When you cancel:
- Access Continues: You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No Partial Refunds: We do not issue refunds for the unused portion of the current billing cycle (beyond the 14-day guarantee window)
- Data Retention: Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time; your data will be restored if within the 30-day window
6. Enterprise Plan Refunds
Enterprise plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as Enterprise agreements may contain custom terms. Please contact your account manager or email enterprise@riselab.tech for Enterprise-specific refund inquiries.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at billing@riselab.tech before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
